Self-Discovery
Strengths, interests, aptitude, personality, values, motivations, achievements, and aspirations.
Compass360
A guided program that helps students understand themselves, explore what to study, and make better-informed course and university decisions.
Why Compass360
Students are often asked to choose a course, country, or university before they have had the chance to understand what actually suits them. Compass360 gives them the space and guidance to work that out first.
The Compass360 Promise
Our objective is not to prescribe a single career or university. We help students understand their strengths, interests, aspirations, and potential pathways more clearly, using assessments, academic context, and counselling. We then turn that understanding into practical next steps.
Four areas of guidance
Strengths, interests, aptitude, personality, values, motivations, achievements, and aspirations.
Subjects, courses, career paths, emerging fields, and how different areas of study connect to work.
Countries, university environments, affordability, scholarships, career outcomes, and personal preferences.
Priorities across academics, skills, leadership, research, extracurriculars, and profile development.
Four areas of guidance, all centred on the student.
How Compass360 works
Compass360 moves through five stages, supported by three live counselling sessions where students make sense of the findings and decide what to do next.
Compass360 is designed as a focused program completed over approximately two weeks.
Build a clear picture of strengths, interests, aptitude, values, motivations, achievements, and aspirations.
Look at subjects, courses, career paths, emerging fields, and how different areas of study connect to work.
Compare courses, universities, countries, costs, scholarships, career outcomes, and personal preferences.
Identify the academic, skill, leadership, research, extracurricular, and profile-building priorities that matter most.
Turn the findings into clear next steps and a longer-term roadmap.
Each session is led by a UniEXP Global counsellor and gives the student time to discuss what the findings mean for their next decisions.

Assessment & fit
Compass360 looks at aptitude, interests, behaviour, skills, aspirations, and experience together. That context is then used to explore course and university fit.
Reviewed together with your counsellor
Assessment results are considered alongside academic performance, student responses, interests, aspirations, achievements, and counsellor observations. No single assessment is used to determine a student's future.
We look beyond rankings. Course and university fit is considered across academic, career, financial, environmental, and personal factors.

Areas a plan may cover
Assessments, counselling, and exploration that help make the available options clearer.
Practical priorities and next steps across academics, skills, leadership, research, and profile development.
A written record of the findings, recommendations, and roadmap for the student and family.
The Compass360 difference
Traditional counselling often begins with
“Which university should I apply to?”
Compass360 begins more broadly
“Who are you? What could you become? What should you study? Where could you thrive? What do you need to develop? And what should you do next?”
Parents provide context. Students provide the voice. Counsellors provide the perspective.
Your future does not have to be completely decided today. But understanding yourself today can help you make much better decisions tomorrow.
Compass360 provides professional guidance and informed recommendations. It does not guarantee admission to a particular university, a scholarship, a specific test score, visa approval, employment, or career outcomes. Admissions depend on academic performance, application quality, competition, institutional policies, available places, and other factors beyond the consultancy's control.
